A Bike Path Winds with the Little River

Title:
A Bike Path Winds with the Little River
Town:
Stowe
County:
Lamoille
State:
Vermont
Date:
2001-05
Description:
A bike path meanders along, parallel with the bright waters of the Little River near Stowe. The photograph is from above Trapp's Bridge, and we can see mountain peaks rising in the background. Several homes are hidden among the mixed forest of coniferous and deciduous trees. The bank closest to the photographer is built up with rip rap to prevent erosion. A part of a fence, lining off clear cut land, can be seen at the right edge of the photograph.
