Title:
"The Birches" in East Barnet
- Date:
- 1890 - 1910
- Description:
- Thick birch trees line this hillside rural road. A horse and buggy stands in the center of the road; a man with a boater hat sits in the open carriage, which is pulled by a single horse. Leafy shrubs cluster along the downhill side of the road. A wire fence can be seen at the edge of the cleared land uphill of the road, behind the birches.
