132 State St.

Title:
132 State St.
Town:
Montpelier
County:
Washington
State:
Vermont
Date:
2009
Description:
This is a rough estimate of the general area by which this historical photo and burnt building may have been. I did some research of the buildings on State St. and when looking at the photo, this spot not only had one of the oldest lamp posts on the street (which can be viewed in the photo) but also the angle as to which the original photo was taken would seem to have come from this area. Paul Carnahan writes on 2014-09-17: This image has nothing to do with the accompanying modern photograph of 132 State Street. This site is down near the corner of State and Main Streets.
