There are cars and people traveling over the bridge. The bridge has light poles and a railing. On the right side of the picture, you can see remnants of the Chace Mill (or Chase Mill) foundation and smoke stack. There is a parking lot visible on the far right of the picture. At the back of the picture is a boardwalk bordered by a fence. The Winooski River flows under the bridge. It's a cloudy day.
