The building at center appears to be a barber shop, general store, and flower shop. The Eastman Oil Company gas station is visible in the background with a few people are cars in the parking lot. There are utility lines and poles along the flooded street with a picket fence between the two buildings on the left. A hill in the background appears mostly forested and the season is spring.
