Title:
109 South Prospect Street
- Date:
- 2005-06-06
- Description:
- In the current photograph of 109 South Prospect Street, many of the shrubs and the structure of the house have remained the same. The only differences are some new deciduous and conifer trees planted along the street, and the ornate fencing around the balconies has been removed. The current house at 109 also has a sidewalk with lampposts running in front. In general, the area surrounding the house appears to have fewer trees, which infers that development of the surrounding area has continued since the historical photo. The season is late spring. UVM Campus. Loona Brogan writes on 2006-12-08: The two shorter trees to either side of the entry walkway are star magnolia. The tall conifer is a Colorado blue spruce. These are both non-native to Vermont.
