Description:
This image shows the reconstruction process of a culvert and railroad embankment that were damaged in the 1927 flood. See AOT1367 for a photograph of the area after the flood. There is waht appears to be a trestle above the large culvert and a derrick has been constructed presumably to load stone or lumber. This is summer as the trees have leaves. There are boulders in the foreground.
