The photo is a view of Main Street in Bristol, Vermont. Main Street is the business section. The snow has been pushed up along the side of the road. Sleighs with horses are in the street with building on the right and leafless deciduous trees lining the sides. The Bristol House is in the right center of the photo next to the Bristol Fruit Market. Utility lines and poles are visible across the top third of the photo. Behind the Bristol House is the town park. The season is winter.
