Flowers inside Greenhouse

Title:
Flowers inside Greenhouse
Town:
St. Johnsbury
County:
Caledonia
State:
Vermont
Date:
1860 - 1890
Description:
This image shows flowers growing against a wire fence inside a greenhouse. Matthew Meikleham writes on 2008-01-08: The photo is of two, maybe three types of flowers growing up a rope or wire fence, apparently in a greenhouse. The flowers vary in color. Since the photo is in black and white it is impossible to know what colors the flowers are, but it appears that there are three shades of color. The flowers to the left are lightly shaded on the outside of the petals and dark in the middle. The flowers in the middle are almost all very light colored, but slightly darker in the middle. The flowers to the right are by far the darkest shade. All of the flower types are some kind of flower that grows as a vine.
