Title:
A View From University Place
- Date:
- 2005-06-22
- Description:
- In the more recent photograph, all the buildings that were visible in the historic photograph are still present, and they all appear unchanged. However, instead of large elm trees lining the green in front of the buildings, medium sized maple trees have taken their place. University Place is paved, and numerous cars are visible parked along the side. Across the street, the University Green has also changed. University of Vermont flags fly from the utility poles, and all the old elm trees have disappeared. People and lampposts are visible in the background. The season is summer.
