This photo shows a house in Waterbury during the 1927 flood. The house seems to be engulfed in four to five feet of water and is tipping in the rear. There is a small leafless deciduous tree in front of the house and behind the house there are deciduous trees that still have some leaves. There also are conifer trees to the far right of the picture.
