Hikers on Camel's Hump: Reshot
Town:
Huntington
County:
Chittenden
State:
Vermont
Date:
2006-09-21
Description:
This image shows a view of rolling hills from Camel's Hump mountain. Sean Dunn writes on 2008-12-30: The image depicts a rock outcropping overlooking a forest dense with trees. On the rock outcropping there is bare rock, with a small patch of grass or shrubs. The forest below the rock outcropping is filled with coniferous and deciduous trees. The time of year appears to be fall, as some of the trees are showing foliage but many are bare. Shade from clouds are seen across the forest below. The forest is not broken by any obstruction. The forest drapes land of varying elevation.
