Description:
The new view of Billings shows a developed walking path leading from the green and a road on which cars are parked and a bus is driving by. Street signs line the road, there is a fire hydrant located on the near side of the street and there are also three lampposts present. A utility line is strung off of the large wooden pole and a banner with the UVM logo on is hangs from the post as well. An emergency post stands in the middle of the photograph. The elm trees are replaced by smaller deciduous trees and a flower bed and large bushes are located in front of the round portion of the now student center. UVM campus.

Description:
This is a pair of images showing the Billings building taken from the main green at UVM. In the historical image we can see that Billings is a stone building with an arched entranceway with a stone staircase and two large doors. There are three turrets present in this view, two on either side of the entrance way and one on the far left corner of the building. The windows of this building are long and narrow and there are five arched windows over the entranceway. The right side of Billings is a large round room and the left is a long hall. In this picture, it was used as a library. To the very left of the photo we can see a portion of the presidents house and in front of Billings we can see three large elm trees. This is summer.
