In the more recent view of this place, the south side of the Waterman building now stands today. We can see in this image that Waterman is a brick building with white stone decoration. The southeastern entrance is shown here with a concrete walk way and steps leading up to it from the sidewalk. A white stone arch and four windows surround the entrance; a fifth window is above the eves of the building. South Prospect Street is at the bottom of the picture on which one car and one truck are driving. Large deciduous trees are in the right side of the image and shrubs flank the sidewalk.

Description:
This is a picture of 85 South Prospect Street at the University of Vermont. This is a picture of a wooden building with two entrances with both porches and steps leading to them. There is a chimney present and a widow's peak on top of the roof. In front of the house, there is a large elm tree and a few are present behind the house. A foundation is at the base of the house with small windows looking in to the basement. This building stood in this position from 1903 to 1924.
