- In the foreground, large piles of construction material and debris litter the grounds surrounding a partially framed building. Adjacent to the construction detritus, various pieces of Earth moving machinery can be seen, as well as two men standing on the ground surveying the work being done. Due to the work of the numerous men on the structure, and with the collaboration of a large crane in the background, the building is beginning to take form. The water tower can be seen in the background. Season autumn.

- In the current picture the southern side of the Aiken building appears to be fenced off, while construction in this area occurs. On the right a large pile of sand can be seen, which is being used to help fashion a new roadway. The Aiken building appears complete, and has a parking lot located on its southern side. In this lot, a truck can be seen. Adjacent to the building on the right hand side are a deciduous tree and a large hedge, and a streetlight is also present.
