- This is a black and white postcard of a beautiful wooden-frame building known as the Colonial Tea Room. On the bottom of the postcard it reads "The Colonial Tea Room And Tourist Home, East Ryegate, Vt. 1003". This house is a Colonial Revival subtype. It is a tourist home for people who are visiting Vermont. The house has a large porch on the left side and there is a dog sitting on the front steps of the house. There are utility lines that are located on the right side of the house. There is a road in the front of the photo and then trees and hedges in the front yard of the house.
